Healing Home – Terms of Service

Effective Date: September 1, 2025

Welcome to Healing Home. By booking or using our event rental and collaboration space, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read carefully before submitting your booking request.

1. Booking & Payment

  • Bookings are confirmed only after receipt of payment or deposit (as outlined in your rental agreement).

  • Rates and fees are subject to change. Pricing is confirmed at the time of booking.

  • All bookings must be made through the official Healing Home booking form or by direct written agreement.

2. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more before the booking date will receive a full refund (minus processing fees).

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the booking date are non-refundable.

  • Healing Home reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to unforeseen circumstances. If this occurs, you will receive a full refund or credit.

3. Use of Space

  • The Healing Home space is intended for wellness events, workshops, podcasts, and aligned productions. We reserve the right to decline any booking request that does not align with our mission.

  • Guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the space and returning it in the same condition.

  • No smoking, illegal substances, or disruptive behavior is permitted on the premises.

4. Liability & Indemnity

  • Guests and collaborators assume full responsibility for their activities while using the space.

  • Healing Home is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property.

  • By booking, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Healing Home, its owners, and affiliates from any claims arising from your use of the space.

5. Media & Promotion

  • By hosting or collaborating at Healing Home, you grant permission for Healing Home to capture and use photos, video, or audio recordings of events for promotional purposes (unless otherwise agreed in writing).

6. Governing Law

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
