Healing Home – Terms of Service

Effective Date: September 1, 2025

Healing Home Method is a doing-business-as (DBA) name of Be Better Media LLC, a California limited liability company. These Terms of Service govern your use of the Healing Home Method website, digital content, coaching services, meditation programs, event space, memberships, and related offerings.

By accessing, purchasing, booking, downloading, or participating in any Healing Home Method Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

 

1. Booking & Payment (Event Space)

  • Bookings for the Healing Home Method event or collaboration space are confirmed only after receipt of payment or deposit as outlined in your rental agreement.
  • Rates and fees are subject to change. Pricing is confirmed at the time of booking.
  • All bookings must be made through the official Healing Home Method booking form or by direct written agreement.
  • Healing Home Method reserves the right to decline booking requests that do not align with its mission or values.

 

2. Coaching & Healing Services

Healing Home Method offers coaching, somatic meditation guidance, nervous system education, and related healing services. By booking coaching or healing services, you acknowledge:

  • Coaching is not psychotherapy, medical care, or licensed mental health treatment.
  • No diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice is provided.
  • You are fully responsible for your physical, emotional, and mental well-being.
  • Coaching sessions must be used within the timeframe outlined at purchase (if applicable).
  • Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited.
  • Healing Home Method reserves the right to discontinue coaching relationships that are abusive, inappropriate, or not aligned.

 

3. Digital Products & Downloads

Healing Home Method offers digital products including but not limited to:

  • Meditation audio files
  • Bundles (e.g., Rest, Regulate & Rise)
  • Courses and guided series
  • Educational materials
  • Downloadable PDFs or audio libraries

 

All digital purchases are:

  • Licensed for personal, non-commercial use only
  • Non-transferable
  • Not to be redistributed, resold, copied, shared, or uploaded elsewhere

 

Unauthorized distribution of Healing Home Method content may result in revoked access and legal action. Because digital products are delivered immediately, all digital purchases are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

 

4. Memberships & Subscriptions

Healing Home Method may offer subscription-based memberships. By subscribing:

  • You authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
  • You may cancel at any time, but no partial refunds are issued for unused time in a billing period.
  • Healing Home Method reserves the right to modify membership pricing, structure, or content with reasonable notice.
  • Access may be suspended for failed payments.

 

5. Cancellation & Refunds

 

Event Space

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more before the booking date will receive a full refund minus processing fees.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the booking date are non-refundable.

 

Coaching & Programs

Refund policies for coaching packages, courses, and programs are outlined at time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated:

  • Digital products are non-refundable.
  • Coaching deposits are non-refundable.

 

Healing Home Method reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a refund or credit will be provided.

 

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Healing Home Method — a DBA of Be Better Media LLC — including but not limited to audio recordings, meditations, frameworks, written materials, logos, branding, and course materials, is the intellectual property of Be Better Media LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not:

  • Record, reproduce, or redistribute sessions
  • Share private access links
  • Resell or repurpose content

 

Violation may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

 

7. Health & Medical Disclaimer

Healing Home Method provides educational and wellness-based content focused on nervous system regulation and personal development. The Services are not intended to:

  • Diagnose
  • Treat
  • Cure
  • Prevent any disease

 

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding medical or psychological concerns. If you are experiencing a medical or psychiatric emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number.

 

8. Assumption of Risk

Participation in meditation, breathwork, somatic practices, coaching, or healing services involves inherent personal risk. By participating, you voluntarily assume full responsibility for:

  • Your emotional responses
  • Physical sensations
  • Decisions made based on coaching or content

 

Healing Home Method is not liable for outcomes resulting from participation.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

Be Better Media LLC (operating as Healing Home Method), its owners, affiliates, contractors, and partners shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of income
  • Emotional distress
  • Personal injury
  • Data loss

 

Your use of the Services is at your own discretion and risk.

 

10. Media & Promotion

By participating in events or in-person experiences at Healing Home Method, you grant permission for photos, video, or audio recordings to be used for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing. Private coaching content will never be shared without explicit consent.

 

11. Payment Processing

Payments may be processed through third-party providers including but not limited to:

  • Stripe
  • PayPal
  • Shopify Payments
  • Other secure payment gateways

 

Healing Home Method does not store full credit card information and is not responsible for third-party payment processor errors or interruptions.

 

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from the use of the Services shall be resolved in the courts of the State of California.

 

13. Modifications to Terms

Be Better Media LLC (operating as Healing Home Method) reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
